ViewSonic Offers 3 New 120Hz / 3D-Enabled DLP Projectors

These awesome new short-throw projectors from ViewSonic can produce bright 50″ images at a distance as short as 3-feet away.  “The projectors are compatible with the two leading stereoscopic 3D technologies from Texas Instruments (DLP Link) and NVIDIA (3D-Vision) allowing educators and gamers to interact with amazing 3D content. Gamers in 2D mode can also take advantage of the blazing fast 120Hz refresh rate to eliminate shadowing and distortion of screen images.”

ViewSonic 3D-Ready FuHzion LCD Monitor and DLP Projector

Keeping with the 3D boom at CES 2009, ViewSonic announced a 22″ 3D-ready LCD display, the VX2265wm, which takes full advantage of NVidia’s GeForce 3D Vision glasses.  Keep in mind, this a desktop application of 3D, but improves upon the 3D technology that is currently available for consumers.  Significantly, the new LCD monitor is also a 120Hz display, which makes video so much richer than traditional 60Hz displays.

In addition to the desktop monitor, Viewsonic also launched a portable DLP projector, which is also 120Hz and is intended to be a professional-level 3D projector.
